So how to score in boards mathematics exam?

A child fears the most from the long questions where a straight cross can deduce the marks by 6 or 7. So they should be given the maximum time. As they are solved the tendency to score well increases and so the confidence level.
Solve the previous  years questions and build up the accuracy rate. Check the syllabus and weightage of the different concepts and practice accordingly.
The most cherishing topic in CBSE Maths exam is Calculus, which weighs nearly around 44% followed by the Differential Equations  and
Vectors and 3D geometry  with 17% of the total portion and Probability, Relations and Functions and Algebra  with the 10%, 10% and 13%  weightage respectively.  Linear Programming weighs nearly 6%.
The steps to prepare well:

Practice makes the mathematics of a student perfect so solve on a daily basis with a definite time limit set according to the question.
Practice according to the pattern of the paper.
Tips for the paper :

Read the paper thoroughly :

Try to find the questions that are easy to be solved and start attempting them. So the order of solving the paper should be from the known to the unknown.

Manage the space:

Solve the paper in well written words and improve handwriting. Prioritize the sequence of the answers and make separate margins for the rough work as one can get confused while rechecking the answers at the end of the exam.

Manage time :

The time limit for different portions should be set as  Section-A : 8-10 minutes , Section B :25-30 minutes , Section C  : 50-60 minutes and Section D: 40-45 minutes . don’t waste time on a particular question if you are stuck in the midway solve some other question.  Saving this time will help you a lot in the last minutes of the paper.
